29 Weeks Pregnant (Day 197 to Day 203)
What happens to you?
Contractions may begin. Your uterus hardens momentarily and then relaxes and returns back to normal.
Your weight gain is necessary for your baby’s development. You feel your body tired and heavy.
Your breasts grow bigger and may start producing colostrum, also called pre-milk.
Advice: Keep your belly skin hydrated, so as to prevent stretch marks. Tailor sitting encourages stretching of the pelvis.
What happens to your baby?
Your baby’s brain and head keep growing; eyelashes and organs are slowly completing their development process.
Embryo's eyes open and it can feel light changes. It moves about 10 times in a week.
It weighs about 1 kilo.
In case of premature birth, your baby is able to survive.
